I had the honor of writing a snippet for Julia Weaver with the Redfin Blog about clearing negative energy from your home. I was excited to share some information that is not commonly known about salt’s ability to help balance energy in your home. Here is my contribution to Ms. Weaver’s article:
Salt is an inexpensive yet effective tool for removing negative energy from your home. The negative ions released from salt create a positive space and an uplifting mood. Pour salt along the property line of your new home to release the energies of the previous owners. Sprinkle salt in the main corners of your abode and leave it for a couple of days before vacuuming. For continued energy clearing, place bowls of salt or salt lamps in active areas of your home. Sea salt, Himalayan salt, kosher salt, or even plain old table salt work for this high vibrational energy clearing.

I had the privilege of being a guest on the Pawsome University Podcast with Jaime and John Caponetta. The Caponettas are angels on Earth looking out for all kinds of animals. Their specialty is helping to teach humans how to care for their beloved pups and build relationships with them based on love. I had such a wonderful time speaking with Jaime and John about how our furry family members help guide us while they are by our sides in this physical world and continue to support us from the spiritual world, as their beloved pup comes through in spirit with helpful guidance on their upcoming adventures.
Even though they (our pets) are no longer here with us physically, they are always with us energetically and spiritually… Appreciate them when they are here but, even appreciate them still when they are gone because they are still teaching us on the other side.
